Manuscript document written in the wake of Comanche depredations committed in Goliad, Mexico. Músquiz writes in his capacity as mayor of Goliad, in response to a communiqué sent him concerning security measures, with recommendations for its amendment, particularly the section concerning the discipline of members of the civic militia.
